I don't know what the projection would be. I would do a combination of the two options. Maybe pay 250K now, then profit sharing start with 25%, then slowly decreases 1% every time Rari has made a set amount of profit from the transactions, and with an eventual reduction to 10% goes to Rari. That way it would be fairer for Hector due to Hector needing Rari more in the beginning phases therefore higher fee, and later on, Hector would be more grown and the profit-sharing should reflect it.
